Overview
Moss stitch is a simple 1 row repeat pattern made up of sc and ch stitches.

Foundation Chain
Chain any odd number of stitches.
Pattern
Row 1:Â
- sc in 3rd ch from hook. (ch 1, skip next ch, sc in next ch.)
- Repeat across entire row.Â
- ch1 and turn
Row 2:
- *sc in the next ch-1 sp, ch 1.
- Repeat * across the rest of the row.
- At the end of the row, work a sc st into the last ch.
- ch 1, turn.
Repeat row 2 for the pattern working your last sc st into the turning chain of the previous row.Â
