Shipping and Handling
- All products are here in Australia now, and will be sent from Ringwood East, Victoria.
- Items will be posted within 3 business days of receiving payment, but I do aim to send quickly, so generally your items will be sent same or next day.
Shipping Times and Costs
- Same state: 2 – 4 bus. days. Interstate: 3 – 6 bus. days. Regional & Remote: 6 – 26 days (as per Australia Post estimations)
- $11 flat-rate shipping Australia-wide.
- I use Australia Post.
- All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
International Shipping
- Worldwide location and weight based shipping is available with the exclusions below. Tracking included.Â
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Shipping costs have risen significantly over the past few years. I have adjusted pricing slightly so I can keep local shipping rates as low and stable as possible for everyone.
Handmade Items
- My handmade items may also be purchased in my Etsy store for Australian customers, but prices are higher due to Etsy’s fees.
- Contact me for made-to-order enquiries on any products in my store. Prices may be higher than those listed.
- Time frame for made-to-order is generally much faster than listings specify, but ample time has been given in the case of large orders or busy periods.

Payment Policies
- I accept Paypal, Paypal pay-in-4, and credit card payments
Return & Refund Policies:
- Domestic returns accepted if item is in original and unwashed condition, with all tags attached and returned within 30 days.
- Buyer pays return postage.
- Any returns will receive a coupon/coupons to the value of your purchase minus shipping (no refunds given).
- International returns not accepted.
- If for any reason you wish to cancel your order a full or partial refund can be provided on orders that have not been shipped. (once shipping has been paid on my end you will rececive only a partial refund)
Coupon Policies:
- Unless otherwise stated, discount coupons are strictly limited to one use per individual, per billing email and delivery address.
