Overview & Special Stitches
Sieve stitch is a simple 2 row repeat that creates little eyelets throughout.
Foundation Chain
Chain any even number.
Pattern
Row 1:Â
- sc in the second ch from the hook and then all the way across.
- ch1 and turn.
Row 2:
sc in the first stitch, *ch1, sk the next stitch, sc in the next stitch.
Repeat from * all the way across.
- ch1 and turn.
Row 3:
Sk the first stitch, * 2sc in the next ch1-sp.
Repeat from * across. Work 1sc in the last stitch.
ch1 and turn.
Repeat rows 2 and 3 for the pattern.
