Shipping and Handling
- All yarn is here in Australia now, and will be sent from Ringwood East, Victoria.
- Australian standard shipping. Tracking included.
- Items will be posted within 3 business days of receiving payment, but I do aim to send quickly, so generally your items will be sent same or next day.
- International shipping to the U.S.A, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Tracking included.Â
- Shipping to the rest of the world is now available (exceptions apply). Cost will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Times and Costs
- Australia  2 – 6 bus. days.
- Shipping is FREE for already made crochet items to Australia. (tracked)
- For all other items, prices start at $10 and increase depending on weight and volume.
- Cost will automatically be calculated at checkout.
- I use Australia Post and Sendle.
- All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
- New fees for import duties will be included in the total at checkout for U.S.A and Canadian customers. This will be approximately 10% of the value of your items + a postal clearance fee of $1.70.

Payment Policies
- I accept Paypal, direct bank transfer, Credit Card payments and cash/PayID on local pickup.
Return Policies:
- Domestic returns accepted if item is in original and unwashed condition, with all tags attached and returned within 30 days.
- Buyer pays return postage.
- Any returns will receive a coupon/coupons to the value of your purchase minus shipping (no refunds given)
- International returns not accepted.
Coupon Policies:
- Unless otherwise stated, discount coupons are strictly limited to one use per individual, per billing email and delivery address.
