Shipping and Handling
- All yarn is here in Australia now, and will be sent from Ringwood East, Victoria.
- Items will be posted within 3 business days of receiving payment, but I do aim to send quickly, so generally your items will be sent same or next day.
- Worldwide weight based shipping is available with the exclusions below. Tracking included.Â
Shipping Times and Costs
- Australia  2 – 6 bus. days.
- $10 flat-rate shipping Australia-wide.
- I use Australia Post.
- All prices are shown in Australian dollars.

- International buyers are responsible for any import duties or fees.

Return Policies:
- Domestic returns accepted if item is in original and unwashed condition, with all tags attached and returned within 30 days.
- Buyer pays return postage.
- Any returns will receive a coupon/coupons to the value of your purchase minus shipping (no refunds given)
- International returns not accepted.
